SHIRT PRINTING
Yeovil Town Football Club can add replica kit personalisation to any YTFC replica shirt or shorts purchased online or in-store. Replica kit can be personalised at the time of purchase or can be returned to the club at any time to have this added. We reserve the right to refuse to print shirts that we deem offensive or abusive. If an order for offensive or abusive personalisation is placed online, an operator will contact you to discuss your choice and, if necessary, request an alternative. Please note this may delay delivery of your shirt.
The options for personalisation available include:
- Player Name and Squad Number (£15.00)
- Custom Name and Number (£15.00)
- Sleeve Badge (£5.00)
We will aim to print all nameson 2026-27 replica shirts in a straight line, though longer names may require us to print in arc to fit.
PRINTING
We are unable to refund or exchange a personalised product once it has been printed with either a player’s name and number or a custom name and number, sleeve badges or back-of-shirt sponsor logos; this still applies in the event of a player leaving the club and/or changing his squad number. There are strictly no exceptions to this policy. Yeovil Town Football Club will not be held responsible for the length of time a player is at the club following personalisation of products. A refund or exchange will be permitted if the product is deemed faulty.
Customers should be aware that sizing may vary across seasonal replica kits. Please ensure you obtain the correct size before printing, as we are unable to exchange or refund after letters and/or numbers, sleeve badges or back-of-shirt sponsor logos have been applied to personalise your item. Yeovil Town Football Club cannot accept liability for any changes to player names and squad numbers due to a player transfer, deciding to change their number, or leaving the club.
Please note not all sizes will accommodate the printing requested. If this is the case, a retail staff member will contact you to discuss your choice and, if necessary, request an alternative.
If you have had your shirt personalised, you may find that it appears creased. This is due to the shirt being packaged for transit if you have ordered this item online, or as it has been folded into your shopping bag if bought in store. This creasing can easily be resolved by following these instructions:
- Place a clean, damp cloth over the personalisation and press with a warm (not hot) iron.
- Please do not iron directly onto the personalisation.
Pre-season printing – We will not offer any official YTFC player names or numbers on shirts until the official squad list has been confirmed for the relevant season. This usually takes place in July before the season starts; we will continue to print any custom name and number requests.
Personalisation – Products ordered requiring personalisation of any nature will take longer to process than other products. Please therefore allow up to 5 (five) working days for products to be personalised and shipped.
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
Please leave 24 hours before washing a printed shirt and wash inside out.
In order to maintain the appearance and avoid any issues after laundering your shirt, please ensure you follow the washing instructions shown on the care label on the inside of the shirt:
- Machine wash at 40°C
- Cool iron only (do not iron any printed sponsors, crest, manufacturer’s logo, sleeve badge or personalisation directly)
- Do not dry clean
- Do not tumble dry
- Do not bleach
