CLICK AND COLLECT

We offer a free of charge Click and Collect service, allowing you to collect your ordered merchandise from our club store at Huish Park, Yeovil. We aim to have orders ready for collection within 2–4 working days, however please do not attempt to collect your order until you have received a notification email stating that it is ready to collect.

During peak periods such as kit launches and Christmas, it may take slightly longer to process your order.

It may also take longer to process any orders that contain a personalised product.

In all cases, please wait for your email notification before attempting to collect your order.

Please make sure you check your order is correct before leaving the store.

Please ensure you check the store opening hours before setting off to collect your goods. Yeovil Town Football Club will not be held liable for any collections attempted outside of the regular store opening hours displayed on the official club website.

The club reserves the right to automatically refund orders that are not collected within 21 days of order placement and return any uncollected product back into our stock holding. We will make every effort to contact you before doing this. Please contact us as soon as you have placed your order if you will need to arrange collection beyond the 21-day period.

We will always strive to process Click and Collect orders within the stated time period—however, at peak trading times orders may take slightly longer to fulfil. Please do not attempt to collect your order until you receive your email notification informing you that your order is ready to collect from the store.

Click and Collect orders are fulfilled from our warehouse; stock cannot be taken from the shop floor if you attempt to collect your order without having received your notification.
