We offer a Free of charge Click and Collect service, allowing you to collect your ordered merchandise
from our Club Store. Orders placed before 3:00pm will be available for collection from 10.00am on
the next working day, Monday – Friday.
Once your order has been received, it will be picked and placed in store for collection.
You will need to provide a copy of your order confirmation email to collect your order from the store, please remember to bring this with you. Please do not arrive at the store until you have received
email notification.
Please ensure you check the store opening hours before setting off to collect your goods. Yeovil
Town Football Club will not be held liable for any collections attempted outside of the regular store
opening hours displayed on the official club website. Orders placed after 3:00pm on a Friday are
unlikely to be able to be collected from the store until the following Monday. Customers wishing to
collect an order on a matchday Saturday or on a non-match Saturday are therefore recommended to
place their order by 3:00pm on the Thursday prior.
The club reserves the right to automatically refund orders that are not collected within 21 days of
order placement and return any uncollected product back into our stock holding. We will make
every effort to contact you before doing this. Please contact us as soon as you have placed your
order if you will need to arrange collection beyond the 21 day period.
