Yeovil Town FC offer standard delivery with Royal Mail. We do not offer deliveries on a Saturday,
Sunday, Bank Holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
We will make every effort to dispatch your order on the next working day after your order is placed.
Orders placed on a Friday will not be despatched until the following Monday.

Islands. This service and will be delivered by Royal Mail within 3-5 working days from despatch.
Unsuccessful delivery attempts will result in a calling card being left at the delivery address.
CLICK & COLLECT – £FREE (1 WORKING DAY)
Click and collect orders will be made available for collection 1 working day from the order being
placed. Orders must be placed before 3pm for next working day collection. Please note – Saturday
matchdays are not included as a working day. If you are wishing to collect an order from the Club
Store on a Saturday match day this order should be placed before 3pm on the Thursday before the
ORDERS OVER £80 – UK MAINLAND – FREE DELIVERY (3-5 WORKING DAYS)
UK (Mainland) orders of £80.00 and over will qualify for our free economy delivery option. These
orders will be sent using our UK (Mainland) delivery service as detailed above. Any free
delivery promotional periods offered by Ipswich Town Football Club will always refer to the UK
(Mainland) delivery service. Should you require your order sooner than this service can provide, you
should order using a paid service option available at the checkout stage.
NORTHERN IRELAND DELIVERY £4.00
This service is available for deliveries to Northern Ireland only. This will be delivered by Royal Mail
within 3-5 working days from despatch. Unsuccessful delivery attempts will result in a calling card
being left at the delivery address.
ROI DELIVERY £10.00
This service is available for deliveries to Ireland only. This is an economy service and will be delivered
by Royal Mail within 3-5 working days from despatch. Unsuccessful delivery attempts will result in a
calling card being left at the delivery address.
OVERSEAS DELIVERY – STANDARD INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (UP TO 10 WORKING DAYS) £15.00
A secure, tracked service, taking up to 10 working days from despatch. . Overseas parcels may require a signature
upon delivery by the local delivery agents, dependent upon the desitnation country. This service is
available worldwide, with certain restrictions. This is not a guaranteed delivery date service. For
standard delivery to be offered your order must be below 1 kg and specific volume. If you do not
qualify for standard delivery you will be charged the maximum delivery cost for standard delivery
and will be contacted by a member of our team to arrange any required surcharge.
Please note we are NOT able to deliver to a PO box under any circumstances as your parcel may
require a signature as proof of delivery. Some more remote addresses may incur longer transit times
and additional remote area surcharges.
Please note if you place an order and then subsequently refuse delivery as you will not pay the
relevant customs and duty tax for your nation’s import duties or any other levied charge, Yeovil
Town Football Club will not refund your goods or shipping charges. A re-delivery back to the online
store after you have refused to pay charges incurs additional costs to the club, and therefore we are
unable to accept these specific goods back from our couriers. Yeovil Town Football Club are not
responsible for the charges levied on importing goods by each nation and by placing an order you
confirm you are accepting payment of these charges.
You should ensure you check any additional import charges within your local territory prior to
placing an order with the Yeovil Town FC web store.
If you return goods to us, after accepting delivery and paying all relevant import charges, the
standard refund policy will apply.
What happens if my delivery has not arrived? – contact us by telephone or email, detailing your
name, address and order number. Please only contact us if your delivery is outside of the delivery
timescales listed above. To contact us, telephone 01935 847 888 or email email@example.com. Please
allow us up to 48 hours to track your parcel and for us to communicate back to you.
Non-ship addresses – for contractual reasons we are unable to deliver to certain locations around
the world. If your country is not listed when you are entering a delivery or billing address, then we
will not be able to accept your order to deliver at that address.
Undelivered items – we aim to deliver all of our orders and keep failed deliveries to a minimum. If
we do fail to deliver any order to you, please report this to us no later than 30 (thirty) days from the
date on which the order was taken by us. We will not accept responsibility for any undelivered
orders which are reported to us later than 30 (thirty) days after the date the order was taken by us.
Despatching of orders – although we try to get all our orders despatched on the day following the
order, this may not always be possible for the following reasons:
Pre-orders – products on pre-order or products that are not in stock at the time of ordering will be
despatched in the period specified on the website, if you require other items before the pre-order
date, you will be required to place a separate order. Otherwise all items will be shipped on the pre-
order date specified.
Credit Card Checks – sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your credit card which
could delay your order.
Personalisation – products ordered requiring personalisation of any nature will take longer to process
than other products. Please therefore leave up to 5 (five) working days for products to be
personalised and shipped.
Customs & Import Duties – any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its
destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We
cannot be held responsible for any delay incurred in the delivery time due to customs withholding
your shipment for whatever reason. Please note if you place an order and then subsequently refuse
delivery as you will not pay the relevant customs and duty tax for your nation’s import duties or any
other levied charge, Yeovil Town Football Club will not refund your goods or shipping charges.
